• All sessions in person sessions are 50 minutes long, to provide ample time for cleaning. Online mat classes are 55 minutes long. In order keep our instructors on schedule, all sessions will end 50 or 55 minutes after the scheduled start time.
  • We accept cash, personal check, and credit cards. All sessions must be paid in full prior to service. All packages (expect the Introductory Package) expire one year from date of purchase, no refunds. The Introductory Package expires six months from date of purchase.
  • Cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled session.
  • If you need to bring your child, please make sure they do not disturb other clients and under no circumstances are children permitted to play on the equipment.
  • Pets are not allowed in the studio at any time
  • Please do not wear perfume in the studio. Due to COVID-19 socks are required for all sessions.
  • Please remember to silence your cell phones while exercising.
